Shipping & Delivery
- Free Shipping: Available for all orders within the UK
- Carriers: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri Services for all UK Mainland orders.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Currently the cut-off time for next-day dispatch is 5:00 PM on weekdays (excluding Saturdays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to fulfil as many orders as possible even after the cut-off time but cannot guarantee dispatch on the following day after this time.
- Delivery Time: Your package will arrive between 3-5 working days (Monday-Saturday), based on the shipping service selected. Additional days may be required for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands.
- Weekend Orders: Any orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- Notifications: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Exceptional Circumstances: We cannot guarantee delivery times during Royal Mail strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other disruptions. While refunds are unavailable for dispatched orders, we can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels.
The Journey of Your Order
- Label Creation and Dispatch: We generate a shipping label and arrange for dispatch for the following day while ensuring that your order is packed and ready.
- Carrier Receipt and Transportation: The carrier receives, scans, and begins to transport your parcel(s) through their network.
- Tracking Information: We’ll provide a tracking number for your courier service. Initially, this number might not be active, so don’t be concerned if it’s not working immediately.
- Transit Period: There might be a short period without updates while your parcel is en route to your destination.
- Delivery: Your parcel(s) will be delivered to your doorstep.
